Do you like Vampires?

Nothing is better than a great new HBO series on vampires during the Halloween season. True Blood is based on a series of books from the mind of Charlaine Harris about Vampires "coming out of the coffin" ( or out in public) in the South of the United States. This new Drama is also coming from the mind of the creater of Six Feet Under, another great HBO series. I have watched all of these episodes thus far and I am in love! The whole idea is that a new synthetic blood, which is bottled like cheap beer, can be purchased to supplement the yearn for vampires to attack humans. Now the whole premace is to see how the vampires and the humans learn to co-exist in the south. This is the perfect opportunity for sex, relationships, and murders to prevail!
The two main characters in this drama are a mind reading waitress, Sookie Stackhouse (played byAnna Paquin) and a more or less sensitive 173 year vampire named Bill Compton (played by Stephen Moyer) that has fallen in love with Sookie! How is this new found love going to work out? The other 'juicy' problem is that the idea of 'fang-bangers' or humans who are having crazy sex escapades with vampires, are dropping like flies. These women are dying and no one is to blame. Could it be the bar manager that Sookie works for and is so obviously in love with her or is it someone we don't know of yet? I cant wait to find out is all I know.
This week aired on October 12th on HBO at 9pm. Sookies Grandmother was killed lying dead on her kitchen floor covered in her own blood when Sookie discovered her. She felt a hand on her shoulder (which I can only imagine was dead cold) and it was sure enough, Bill Compton trying to comfort her. Like I said with Greys, I don't want to give anything away so go watch it. You can watch it on http://www.hbo.com/trueblood/

This show sounds a lot like Twilight. Or maybe Twilight copied them, I'm not sure which came out first. This sound's interesting though, I watched a Japanese cartoon similar to this except it's a pill instead of bottled synthetic blood. Maybe I'll try watching this, sounds interesting.
